The past week has been a tough week for me personally as I had fallen ill on Sunday morning which rarely happens to me. However, as a gym owner and a franchisor it has been a tough beginning to the week because I have been without a voice or much energy. Over the past few weeks we have seen many personal trainers and clients fall to being sick with flu like symptoms. The season has come early this year with the swine flu and yet we voyage on as a company and even I am feeling much better today after a few days of undeniable illness.
