Over the past six months Illuminate Gym has been in serious talks with multiple entrepreneurs in the Middle East about the possibility of bringing the Illuminate Gym concept and franchise opportunity to the region. Now there are a few varying veiws or rules of thumb when dealing in the franchise world. The first is if you can sell it?? Then sell it!!!! The other is to grow slowly and allow your brand and model to mature and then sell it more money. At Illuminate Gym we take a slightly different stance in that we believe that there is nothing wrong with growing into new regions like the Middle East as long as your infer structure is there, and we feel our franchise model is ready to move into international markets. So our philosophy differes from many of our competitors because selling a franchise is not enough to create a successful brand and franchise model. Building a successful franchise is creating an infer structure to ensure your franchise units become as successful as possible. Who cares about initial fees??? Yeah you just heard a franchise say they don’t care that much about the initial franchise fee. Of course there needs to be an initial franchise fee to cover the costs of a franchise but at Illuminate Gym we recognize that our franchise success is linked directly to the success of our franchisees.
