Many people were concerned about our choice here at illuminate gym to move into the Greenwood Village, Colorado market. This is true because of all of the established competition in the area with such clubs as the Greenwood Village Athletic Club. However, after a month of working in the region Taj Leon and his illuminate gym staff have exceeded every one’s expectations with their success. There first month’s revenue was over 10% higher than we had expected to see and their ability to continually get new customers in the door and keep them has all of us here at illuminate gym very excited about our future in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Illuminate Gym has its ‘Grand Opening’ Party on Friday!
DENVER—April 1, 2010—Illuminate Gym, affordable personal training featuring unique High Oxygen Training (HOT), announced today that the Greenwood Village franchise unit will be celebrating its ‘Grand Opening’ on Friday April 2 from 5 PM to 8 PM at its newest location at 5996 South Holly Street Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
Taj Leon will be the owner and operator of the newest Illuminate Gym which will offer ‘High Oxygen Training’, Yoga, Pilates and a variety of other group exercise classes. “As a company we couldn’t be more excited for Taj Leon to be our newest franchisee because of his experience in the fitness industry and his passion to help people succeed,” CEO and founder of Illuminate Gym said. Taj Leon has worked tirelessly to get to this day where he can finally call himself owner of his own Illuminate Gym and IGDC couldn’t be more excited about Taj’s future success.
Earlier this week Taj was asked about his thoughts about his ‘Grand Opening’ of the newest Illuminate Gym and he answered by saying, “I have always been passionate about fitness, from my younger days as a professional boxer, and for the past ten years as a professional trainer. The newest illuminate gym in Greenwood Village is right around the corner from its ‘Grand Opening’ on April 2. Earlier this week the sign went up over the front door (which you will see very soon this week), all the equipment is in place and now our franchisees are hard at work with our support getting new clients into the facility. We couldn’t be more excited about the future for our franchisee as they have the drive and the desire to make illuminate gym a great success in Greenwood Village. Something interesting about the newest illuminate gym is they provide personal training using our ‘High Oxygen Trianing’ principles but they also have a variety of different Yoga/Pilates/Group Exercise classes. DENVER—March 10, 2010—Illuminate Gym, affordable personal training featuring unique High Oxygen Training (HOT), announced today that the ‘Grand Opening’ party of the Greenwood Village Illuminate Gym will be held on April 2 from 5 PM -8 PM.

Illuminate Gym’s Newest Franchisee fought his way through Professional Boxing
DENVER—March, 3 2010—Illuminate gym, affordable personal training featuring unique High Oxygen Training (HOT), announced today that the Greenwood Village franchise unit will be run by Taj Leon, a former professional boxer.
Taj Leon spent most of his youth working out and training to be a professional boxer only to find that working out was his true passion. Today Taj Leon is only a month away from becoming the newest Illuminate Gym owner and he couldn’t be more excited and motivated. “I’ve worked inside of the Illuminate Gym model for over 3 years now and I feel that I have a great grasp on the business and I can’t wait to open up the first Illuminate Gym in Greenwood Village Colorado,” Taj said.
The question on everyone’s mind is why would a former professional boxer get into a personal training franchise rather than one of the many boxing franchises out there? “First of all I think that the most important part of creating success for clients is keeping their workouts new and fresh. I think a lot of boxing franchises fail in this regard while at Illuminate Gym I can incorporate weight training, cardiovascular training, Yoga and even boxing training into the ‘High Oxygen Training’ principles. Don’t get me wrong I definitely believe that boxing is a wonderful way to get in shape but I think it’s important that people have a well rounded workout regimen and I can provide that for my customers at Illuminate Gym,” Taj said.

It’s hard work preparing a franchisee to become a successful Illuminate Gym owner. However, when you see a franchisee ready to open a new facility it makes it all worth it. When I opened the first Illuminate Gym I remember how excited I was and to see that same energy from another individual is exactly why we organized Illuminate Gym as a fitness franchise. I would like to congratulate Anne and Rony on their new journey as business owners and we also look forward to assisting them to become as successful as they can. Sorry I haven’t been posting yet on the progress of illuminate gym. Things are progressing nicely as we move forward on our latest illuminate gym in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The space is looking outstanding as the demolition is all done and the electricians have finished all of their work. Right now we are just waiting for the painters to get our signature orange paint on the wall and then all of the exercise equipment arrives on Saturday.
illuminate gym is also currently looking for real estate in Saddle Rock, Colorado for a new location as our latest franchisee in the Colorado market begins their journey in owning their own illuminate gym. As far as the illuminate gym in Greenwood Village, Colorado is concerned we couldn’t be more excited for Taj and Anne’s success in the fitness industry. Since the beginning of the year it seems the illuminate gym concept has taken off in the mind of perspective franchisees. Currently, we are working on the Greenwood Village illuminate gym and we are nearing a deal in Centennial, Colorado as well. Within the year we are hopeful here at illuminate gym that we will have 4 locations in the state and open in at least 2 new markets across the country.
