Illuminate Gym’s franchisee Len Woolfenden signed a lease yesterday to open a new Illuminate Gym in St. Louis, Missouri. The newest Illuminate Gym will be opening in the next couple of months and we couldn’t be more excited about Len Woolfenden because he possesses both a great passion for fitness, but also a great deal of experience in the business world. The last year has been very exciting here at Illuminate Gym Franchise Development and we are extremely excited to see what 2011 holds for our franchise model and development. Today we are considering the addition of some new people into the Illuminate Gym Franchise Development family to help us develop our franchise model even more. Currently, we specialize in boutique gyms that offer personal training however, we opened a concept store in Greenwood Village, Colorado that also offers Yoga and other group exercise classes on top of high oxygen training.
Today we are considering making these options a real possibility for future franchisees as we consider opening a similar fitness franchise in Lowry, Colorado. I think success in the franchise world is very simple and it starts with following the training of the franchise you have chosen. You have to remember that the franchise you have chosen to join has been successful within the fitness franchise model for a long time before you make your way into the business, so listen to them.

Illuminate Gym is going to work on some new franchise websites you should keep an eye on over the next few months. The newest Illuminate Gym websites have been built for some of our newest franchisees in Lowry, Colorado and Chesterfield, Missouri. The websites aren’t quite finished yet, but you can take a look at the look and feel of the new franchise sites.
Over the next few months we will be working to get these franchise units opened and they are finally coming to fruition. Illuminate Gym has signed a new LOI in Lowry, Colorado on a piece of real estate in hopes to open its latest fitness franchise location. This new Illuminate Gym location will offer personal training, High Oxygen Training, Yoga and nutritional counseling.
We are very excited for our newest fitness franchise owner and we will be reporting on her in the very near future as we get closer to signing the lease on the piece of property. Earlier today Illuminate Gym Franchise Development made another move in an attempt to take charge of the Colorado market as far as personal training and fitness are concerned. Right now Illuminate Gym is in discussions with a landlord to finalize an LOI for a space in the neighborhood of Lowry which is a suburb of downtown Denver. This new site will offer personal training along with Yoga and a variety of other wellness and health related services.

On www.gymfranchises.net we discussed the issue people are having with food addiction in the United States and really the world. We are literally obsessed with fast food franchises and foods that are high in sugar and fats. Here at Illuminate Gym Frannchise Development we are in the process of developing a new nutrition program for our customers at all of our Illuminate Gym Franchise locations and we are hopeful that this new part of our fitness program will help our customers achieve their fitness goals in a timely fashion. We have said many of times that nutrition is literally 70% of our fitness journey, meaning the fuel you put in your body needs to match the fitness goals you have. That being said there is absolutely no instance where it makes sense for people to eat foods that are high in sugar and/or fat with no nutritional value. It really doesn’t matter if your fitness goals are to build muscle or to lose weight you still need to find solid nutritional foods for your body.

Illuminate Gym Franchise Development is gearing up to move their oldest site www.sunshinegym.com. This site was the original site that represented our first fitness gym or personal training gym in Denver, Colorado. Our original name here at Illuminate Gym was Sunshine Gym. However, after a long battle with the USPTO we realized that our name would have to be changed if we had any chance of expanding out of Denver, Colorado.
At the time it was a very depressing moment to lose the name Sunshine Gym and eventually www.sunshinegym.com. However, I truly believe the name change has been a blessing disguise because www.sunshinegym.com was always confused with a gym that catered to either women or children. Though we were very successful as Sunshine Gym we also saw a huge increase in male clients when we changed our name to Illuminate Gym. Illuminate Gym Franchise Development has zeroed in on a piece of commercial real estate in St. Louis, Missouri and we couldn’t be more excited about the center we have found. The center is in the heart of Chesterfield, Missouri and we are very confident that our newest fitness franchise owner will be successful in this new Illuminate Gym location in the very near future.
